The Healthcare Management Association (HMA) wrapped up the year with an engaging December Member Meeting on December 11th at the Winter Park Community Center. This event brought healthcare administrators together to explore one of the most pressing topics in the industry: attracting and retaining top talent.

Wendy Sellers, also known as “The HR Lady,” delivered an impactful presentation on “HR and Your Practice: What to Know for 2025.” Wendy shared actionable strategies for building a strong team culture, navigating employee retention challenges, and staying ahead in a competitive hiring market. Attendees left with valuable insights to apply within their practices heading into the new year.
